Week 82

We all know the scorpion pose from the MTV show Ridiculousness. And they have shown a few times some people ending up in the scorpion pose, either by doing something idiotic or by being drunk.

Well, I thought I’d try it on purpose. Yes, through yoga ofcourse! By actually doing what I’m supose to do, to get to the right pose.

Now, it’s really harder than it looks. There are 4 exercises to get you there. And if you’re like me and can’t seem to bend that way or you’re too scared to hurt yourself. Do what I did! I used my wall to support me and help me. Oh and don’t forget your yoga-matt!
